OK sports fans, let’s get started with one of the basics in dong training. First of all, dong training shares an important similarity to body building and athletic training in general. That is, your results are directly proportional to the effort you put forth. Many penis enlargement products and techniques work if you put forth the effort in a reasonable training regimen. Now I say ‘reasonable’, because when I first started dong training, I got so excited that it actually produced results, that I got a little unreasonable. A five hour dong training is not a good idea for anyone, not even an Olympic caliber dong trainer!
The first order of business before you get in too deep, is to give your penis some discipline. You will be well along the way towards penis health if you will just listen closely here to what I’m about to tell you.
Most guys begin negatively training their dong at an early age. Let me explain. Remember, when you were a kid who first discovered masturbation? I bet you wanted to get it over as soon as possible because you were scared that a family member or friend would catch you. This goes back to the whole notion about the taboo penis. Remember from my first blog, I pointed out that breast enhancement is perfectly acceptable in our culture. But, penis enlargement is taboo at best and can make someone a laughing stalk if he should be caught at worst.
Back to the task at hand. No pun intended. All I want you to do for the first two weeks of your dong training is to masturbate for two minutes and then pull your pants up. That’s right, I want you to masturbate without bringing yourself to an orgasm. If you can’t do this one simple thing, you have no business trying to train your dong. Penis enlargement is not for you.
So, if you are ready to begin dong training, do exactly as I have told you: Masturbate 2 minutes each day and do not finish yourself. You will begin many positive changes happening towards the end of two weeks. You will have harder erections. You will be a better partner in bed. Your penis will begin to look a little bigger. You will feel more manly.
What do you mean “you will feel more manly?” Mohammed Ali used this technique that I like to call the JERK AND SAVE for at least two weeks before every fight. So, for the next two weeks, make sure you have the discipline to do this one simple exercise. If you accidentally blow a load, your two weeks starts over. If you don’t have the discipline to do this, penis enlargement is not for you.
