How to Train with SizeGenetics for Maximum Gains

I promised in my most recent blog entry, Size Genetics Review, that I’d offer first hand accounts about how I train with SizeGenetics. Now keep in mind I’ve trained for years with Penis Pumps, Jelques and various penis stretching devices. However this Three Part Series about Training with SizeGenetics will be mostly devoted to how to train with SizeGenetics. I might go into a few penis cross-training techniques.

Penis Enlargement Warm Up
- Always warm up before any Penis Enlargement Training
- Start with 5 minutes of massage and light masturbation. Be sure to massage the testicals.
- Take a 5 minute hot shower. Focus the beam of the shower to your penis and testicals.
- Massage the testicals.
- Masturbate to full erection.
How to Use The SizeGenetics Stretching Device
- Let your erection subside to about half way in between a full erection and completely flacid.
- Place your penis in the base of the stretching device.
- Adjust the traction controls so that the end of the strap snugs up to the meaty tissue at the shaft ward end of the base of your penis head.
- Strap the SizeGenetics soft pad in place.
- Finally, gently adjust the traction device to a moderate stretch. Do not stretch too forcefully. With SizeGenetics, the time you are able to wear SizeGenetics is much more important than the resistance you apply with SizeGenetics.
Alternate SizeGenetics stretching device with masturbation
- Stretch with the SizeGenetics Traction Device using the steps described above for 15 minutes.
- Take the device off.

- Let your erection subside to about half way in between a full erection and completely flacid.
- Repeat steps 1-5 times for 3 sets.

OK, Its Steve here guys. I’ve been a little under the radar lately because I’ve been training my penis hard for the past couple of weeks. As I mentioned in a previous article, Penis Enlargement Training, its very important to use a number of training devices for maximum gains. I’m always mixing up my penis training regimen. The inventor of the Patent is a prestigious plastic surgeon with many other patents to his name. His discussion of how the patent works really caught my eye. Now I do beg to differ with the inventor based upon my own experience. However, it did take seven steady years of pumping for me to make serious gains. So, back to my point. Reading this article really made me want to focus my training regimen around the SizeGenetics Enlargement Device. I decided to do a three week experiment. I wanted to write a new blog tonight. But my my mind was a little fuzzy from a weekend of too much fun. I decided to clear my mind by doing a 25 minute masturbation session.
