Tug and Snooze: A meditative way to train right before bedtime.
Only a trainer like Steve Biancafio could come up with this crazy technique he calls the ‘tug to snooze.’
Are you an insomniac? You could use some meditative exercise. Even if you’re not an insomniac, you could use some meditative exercise. You numskulls out there won’t get this one. So, don’t even try it. If you’ve ever participated in Karate, or Yoga, or you’re an intelligent Asian, you’ll immediately see the awesomeness of this contemplative and kinesthetic penis training technique, pure poetry in motion.
Its all in the ‘O-grip’
If you’ve been penis training for any length of time, you know the classic ‘O-grip.’ I’ve included a picture of the trainer’s ‘O-grip’, so you can see it in perfect form. You can also admire my hand while your at it. We employ the ‘O-grip’ for many various penis stretching regimens, jelqing and masturbation sessions. Don’t even attempt to train your penis until you’ve mastered the ‘O-grip.’

The basics of penis training and meditating
So you’re lying in bed hoping to fall asleep soon so you can be well rested because tomorrow’s a big day. What if you could fall asleep quicker and wake up with a bigger penis? Does that sound too good to be true? Well, it is. The good news is: you will fall asleep quicker. But, you won’t actually wake up with a bigger penis. Why not? Well if you know the first thing about penis training, you know that penis training take time. Think more tortoise , and less hare. –To that end, most of the really good penis trainers have no hair. Reminds me of a girl from college that we use to call ‘Nicky-No-Hair.’
At this point you’ll be warm and comfortable under the covers. Begin by practicing two of the basic tenets of meditation: thought control and breathing control. Calm your thoughts. Take deep rhythmic breaths. Think of some pretty chics. Don’t get all rock hard fantasy. Just nice serene thoughts of hotties. Now grip that cobra of yours with a classic ‘O-grip.’ Gently pull your wiener. I’d say somewhere between 10-20% effort depending where you fall on the wuss-brute spectrum. Up until now your single thought should have been thinking thinking serene thoughts of hotties. Now, incorporate one more though. Think like Miyagi as you tug on your half awake snake.
Since you’re now thinking like Mr. Myagi as you’re tugging your wiener and starting to snooze. You’re focused on this single task of a gentle pull on the old flesh stick. This singular focus, the trying to master this one simple task is so meditative that you become wrapped in tremendous comfort. The mind is so purely relaxed. Not only is this a great way to fall asleep, its a great way to grow your penis. Like all penis training, the results are not immediate. But this is quite a routine, a routine that’s so easy to stick to. Try it for a few days. Next thing you know, a few years later, you’ll be one of the big boys, one of the well rested big boys.
